FM21 two heads label fusing machine

  • Independent dual-head labelling machine, designed for the application and heat-sealing of labels onto fabric. The configuration featuring two autonomous workstations is specifically engineered to optimise production cycles, eliminating downtime by alternating between loading/unloading and pressing phases.

    Functional Features and Operating Cycle

    1. Positioning and Clamping: The workpiece is placed on the lower platen and held in place by special clamping jaws. This system ensures perfect stability of the component, preventing misalignment or displacement of the label during the platen’s descent.

    2. Actuation and Pressing: The operator starts the cycle by manually lowering the upper plate (servo-assisted/interlocked configuration). Once the contact point is reached, the machine initiates pressing from below (lower plate), applying the pneumatic force necessary to ensure uniform and controlled adhesion.

    3. Automatic Return: At the end of the set cycle time, the system releases the pressure and triggers the automatic return of the upper plate to its rest position, releasing the workpiece and signalling the end of the cycle.
